Lone Pine, Penang, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, is throwing a Picnic & Pool Party at its Batu Ferringhi resort on Saturday 14 November 2026. It runs from 4pm to 10pm, which puts the party right in the late-afternoon stretch when the beach side of the island is at its most relaxed.
Tickets are sold through the Howei platform, priced from RM48 to RM168. The listing does not break down what each ticket tier covers, whether food and drinks are included, or when the party ends, so check the ticket options carefully before you buy. Sales close on 13 November 2026 or earlier if the limited slots run out.
A weekend pool party is a nice excuse for islanders to head north for an afternoon without booking a room, and it slots in well before an evening stroll at the Batu Ferringhi night market down the road. It also works as a low-key get-together for friends or colleagues who want something more laid-back than a bar night.
Tips: Batu Ferringhi traffic builds on Saturday afternoons, so leave George Town early or consider the bus. Bring swimwear, sunscreen and a change of clothes, and check with the resort if you are bringing children, as the listing does not state an age policy. Weather in November can turn quickly, so it's worth asking the organiser about wet-weather plans.
