Luna Sinar is one of several independent market collectives that Hin Bus Depot hosts alongside its own weekend Hin Market. These pop-ups usually bring together young local sellers with crafts, accessories, pre-loved fashion, art and small food and drink stalls, so each edition has a slightly different mix. The organiser had not published a vendor line-up for this date when we checked, so follow Luna Sinar's Instagram page for previews and seller calls.
The timing is handy: the last weekend of November is when many families start thinking about year-end gifts and school-holiday outings, and a market on the Deck is a relaxed way to do both. The depot's galleries are also open, and the surrounding streets around Jalan Gurdwara and Jalan Anson have plenty of cafes and hawker food for lunch.
Tips: arrive in the morning before the afternoon heat or rain sets in, bring both cash and an e-wallet, and carry a tote bag for your buys. If it rains, some stalls may move or close early, so check the organiser's page on the day.
