The E-Finity Run 2026, also billed as the E-Finity Engineer's Run, is a 5km fun run on Sunday 15 November 2026 at the UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College campus in Batu Kawan. The event window is 6.30am to 9.30am, with flag-off at 7.30am.
It is organised by the Young Engineers Section of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (Penang Branch), with UOW Malaysia KDU as venue sponsor. While engineers and students will make up much of the field, the run is open to the public and the vibe is social rather than competitive: the programme includes a Zumba warm-up before flag-off, a Zumba cool-down afterwards and a lucky draw once everyone is back.
Entry is RM35 for individuals, or RM30 per person if you register a group of five or more; both prices already include admin fees and tax. Each runner gets an official event T-shirt and a finisher's medal. Only 150 slots are available, and the registration page shows 1 November 2026 as a key date, so sign up soon if you want in.
This is a nice, compact option for mainland residents in Batu Kawan, Bukit Tambun and Simpang Ampat, or for island runners who don't mind an early drive over the Second Bridge. Bring a group from the office to get the bulk rate.
