The Penang Community Wellness Association (PCWA) is holding the second edition of its Christmas fundraiser on Sunday 20 December 2026, from 12pm to 6pm, at JEN Penang Georgetown by Shangri-La. It is a relaxed festive afternoon in the heart of George Town, aimed at bringing people together in the week before Christmas while raising money for the association's community wellness work.
Tickets are RM50 per person, and PCWA says that all of the ticket proceeds go towards its initiatives. For that, guests get an afternoon programme of health and wellness speakers, refreshments, music and performances, booths from local vendors, lucky draws and other activities. The detailed line-up of speakers and performers has not been published yet, so keep an eye on the event page if there is a particular talk you are hoping for.
It suits anyone looking for a Christmas outing that does a bit of good – families, friends from church or community groups, or colleagues planning a year-end get-together. Vendor booths make it a handy place to pick up a few last-minute gifts, too.
Registration is through the Howei page, which requires the person signing up to be at least 18. No closing date is given, so book early if you want to be sure of a place.
