New Year Run 2027 is a fun run starting from AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam on Sunday 31 January 2027, a good way to keep a new-year fitness resolution going at the end of the first month. Like the Batik Run and OG Anniversary Run at the same mall, it is listed on the JomRun registration platform.
The event information gives 7am as the start of the event and 7.30am as flag-off. Runners receive an event jersey and a finisher medal. The page does not yet name the organiser or list the distances, and the super early bird fee is shown only as an image, so check JomRun for the current price before signing up. Race pack collection date, time and venue are still to be confirmed.
Registration closes at 11.59pm on 30 January 2027. Super early bird pricing usually ends well before that, so sign up early if you want the lowest rate.
It is a Sunday-morning start at a mall, so parking should be simple, but arrive early on race day so you are not rushing to the start line.
